MasterCards Convert to PlatinumVISA

Effective today your 1st Community Platinum MasterCard serviced by
Town North Bank is no longer valid. All current cardholders
should have received their new Platinum VISA card to be serviced by
a company called ELAN. Please see the notes below for answers
to your questions:
1) If you have
not received
your new Platinum VISA card
please call Card Services at 800/558-3424.
2)
Balance transfers
from your Platinum MasterCard to your Platinum VISA will occur on
November 18th
3) GOOD NEWS -
our new VISA Platinum card service will not charge any late fees
until they have issued your first statement. New statements
are scheduled for delivery in December.

previous link "GoToMyCard.com" was connected to the Platinum
MasterCard and is no longer valid) Other payment options
are listed below: (Remember - No payments in $100 excess of the
current balance are allowed)

provided this
new mailing address to send a payment before November 18th -

balance transfer are:

the counter at any 1st Community office -
tellers will post payments on the
ELAN web site;
b) You may
call Card Services at the number on the back of your new Platinum
VISA to set up a payment, however, there will charge a fee for this
service;
c) Mail your payment to the address provided on your new
Platinum VISA statement.
