card is now available. It's a great tool to provide the
convenience and safety of a debit/ATM card, but since it's loaded
with a specific amount and not tied to a checking account the chance
for NSF fees is minimal. Additional facts are listed below:

card over the counter ($6.50 personalized card mailed & $16.50
personalized card express mailed)
